Pat Jensen LPN, LMT, NTP
My passion and mission is to educate and inspire people to know and experience how easy it is to live a full and healthy life.
Originally from Arizona and coming to the Treasure Valley in 1989, I have a passion for helping people with their health and nutrition concerns. I have specialized over twenty years in Mind and Body healthy living principles for real personal health success. As a Licensed Practical Nurse and Licensed Massage Therapist, I specialize in Restorative Body Work, Balancing Health, Weight Management and Nutritional education. I understand how important it is to empower individuals in learning about their hidden obstacles that hold them back from reaching their full potential in terms of both health and happiness.
My expertise is looking at the whole person and taking time to listen to their concerns. I work with clients one on one and examine the core of their health issues. I can advise them with guidance of many options, from a Zyto scan assessment, manual therapy, exercise programs, posture analysis which includes analysis of your muscle strengths and weaknesses. My certification and expertise in nutritional therapy has led me to establish a class titled “Putting Health in Your Own Hands” that emphasizes the GAPS diet. I create an empowering class atmosphere where individuals can learn and utilize the techniques to place them on a better path to health and wellness
As a partner of The Lifestyle Alliance, I consider myself as being the ‘lifestyle ally.” When working with individuals, I have had much success in building long standing client relationships that have made me their own health advocate in addressing their health concerns.
Having created Restorative Body Work, my sessions are eclectic and tailored to the needs of my client’s tissues. My pressure, pace, and technique matches the client’s internal pace needed for relaxation and healing. Being certified in several types of body work, I use tools such as myofascial release, strain counter strain, muscle energy, soft tissue and joint mobilization, and recommend exercise routines. “The Lifestyle Alliance” (TLA) is all about Simple Changes, Infinite Rewards. I teach how a few simple changes can bring about Infinite Rewards. At TLA you know you are cared for and nurtured in all health concerns as I build that partnership with you and am an advocate for your wellness.
When I am not with clients, I enjoy being a mom and grandma, gardening, continuing my education and developing my skills to better help my clients as well as being an advocate for individuals with disabilities which is something very personal to my heart.
